About Us

The Partnership was formed by Clive Barlow, Lee Higgins and Paul Higgins, who are experienced, highly motivated individuals focused on commercial properties and business equity investments.

We have operated a number of successful ventures including Auto Travel Limited, a car rental company that was a Hertz International Franchisee for 30 years.

Auto Travel Limited began with only 1 location and 25 vehicles in June 1976.  The Company grew from this period to 28 locations and 6,000 vehicles, generating in excess of 60,000 rentals per annum.  In July 2007 Auto Travel Limited was sold to Hertz.

During the growth of Auto Travel Limited many other activities have been generated  from this successful venture:-

• Insurance captive, managing insurance risks based in Guernsey.
• Foreign leasing companies.
• Vehicle repair shops.
• Vehicle remarketing managing the annual disposal of more than 8,000 vehicles.

64H is a property company designed to purchase, maintain and lease back facilities.
